Key Responsibilities:

Instructorship: Design and deliver comprehensive steel pan lessons tailored to students of all ages and skill levels, ensuring a structured and engaging learning experience.

Technique Mastery: Teach and refine steel pan playing techniques, including hand positioning, mallet work, and note interpretation, fostering technical excellence.

Repertoire Building: Create diverse and engaging repertoire choices that expose students to the rich world of steel pan music, from traditional Caribbean tunes to contemporary pieces.

Individualized Instruction: Provide individualized attention and guidance to students, identifying their strengths and areas for improvement to maximize their musical potential.
